Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026 · HD Signals LLC
1. Acceptance
By using Texas New Openings ("the Service") you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. The Service is operated by HD Signals LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we" or "us").
2. The Service
Texas New Openings maps new Texas businesses from public records: Texas Comptroller sales tax permits and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission license applications and licenses published on data.texas.gov. The free map shows the last 14 days; Openings Pro adds street addresses, full history, CSV export and daily email alerts.
3. Openings Pro billing
- Openings Pro is a monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout, billed by Stripe as HD Signals LLC (statement descriptor TX NEW OPENINGS).
- You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; partial months are not refunded except where the law requires.
- We will give subscribers 30 days' notice of any price change.
4. Permitted use
You may use the data for your own business prospecting and research, including contacting businesses in line with applicable law (for example the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act). You may not resell or republish the data as a competing list or service, scrape the site, or share a Pro login.
5. Data accuracy
The data comes from government records and is provided as is. State agencies publish with delays and occasional errors; a permit or application does not guarantee that a business has opened or will open. Nothing on the Service is legal, financial or investment advice.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its design, code, categorisation and compilations belong to HD Signals LLC. The underlying public records belong to the State of Texas.
7. Termination
We may suspend access for misuse, fraud or a violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HD Signals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Questions: use the contact form.
