Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026 · HD Signals LLC
1. Who we are
Texas New Openings is operated by HD Signals LLC, a Texas limited liability company that also operates Texas Signals. Questions about this policy: use the contact form.
2. Information we collect
- Email signups: your email address and the city you pick for the free Monday email, plus the page and campaign (UTM) you signed up from.
- Openings Pro: your email and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
- Alert preferences: the cities and categories you choose for daily alerts.
- Usage data: pages visited and features used, collected with Google Analytics on this site.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by replying to an email.
3. How we use it
- To send the emails you asked for: the Monday city email, daily alerts, receipts and one-time sign-in links.
- To provide Openings Pro and manage your subscription through Stripe.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To answer support requests.
4. The business data on this site
The openings on the map come from public records published by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission on data.texas.gov. They describe businesses, not visitors to this site.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that run the service:
- Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Kit and Resend (email delivery), Google Analytics (site analytics), Vercel (hosting).
6. Cookies
We set a small signed cookie to remember Openings Pro in your browser and which free addresses you have already unlocked. Google Analytics sets its own analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; Pro will then ask you to log in again.
7. Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Daily alerts can be stopped from the link in each alert or on the alerts page. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, send a request through the contact form and we will act on it within 30 days.
8. Retention
We keep signup and subscription records while you are subscribed and delete them within 30 days of a deletion request, except where we must keep billing records for tax or legal reasons.
9. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), data access is limited to the people who run the service, and sign-in uses one-time links instead of passwords.
10. Children
Texas New Openings is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date here; material changes are also emailed to Pro members.
